1. Community Group Donations
Proud to work at the largest real estate brokerage firm in the area, all of us at CENTURY 21® Vista are committed to the communities we serve. One of the ways we honor this commitment is to offer our clients a way to contribute a portion of their transaction’s applicable commission to the non-profit community group of their choice.
2. Upromise® College Account
Together, the CENTURY 21® System and Upromise® are helping American families to make their two biggest investments a reality. Upromise® members receive up to $3,000 when they buy or sell a home through CENTURY 21® Vista, a participating CENTURY 21® office.
3. Client Appreciation
Buy or sell real estate using a Century 21 Vista agent from August 1, 2010 to August 1, 2011 and receive an invitation to our Annual Client Appreciation Picnic located next to West Battle Lake. The picnic is to be held August 21, 2011. This 2 hour event is a family event with many activities for children and their parents. In the past, the dinner has been a hog roast with all the trimmings followed by cash and price drawings of $8,000 in value.
